Refunds are granted on a case by case basis. If you feel that you haven’t got what you paid for, or there has been a billing error, please contact us via the in-app messaging system or our Contact page, and we’ll help you out as fast as we can.
Refunds will not be granted for disputed payments more than 45 days old.
Refunds are processed via our payment systems, which include the refund of the fee charged to us by our payment providers.
Depending on timing, refunds may be processed at different currency exchange rates, in which case there may be a slight positive or negative variance in the amount paid to the amount refunded. This is beyond our control and WriteMaps does not refund the difference if a loss has occurred.
