Subscription Payments

WriteMaps operates a SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription model where a user pays in advance for access to the service.

The user can cancel their subscription at any time to not make any further payments. Upon cancellation, the user will retain access to the paid-for features until the end of the paid-for period.

Refunds are based on our Refund Policy. In short, WriteMaps will endeavour to "make good" when the fault lies with WriteMaps, and in every situation look to provide a fair outcome.


Account Termination and Modification

WriteMaps reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account of any user that it deems is in violation of the Terms of Service agreement, or for any reason we feel is necessary, with or without notice.

Although it is unlikely, WriteMaps reserves the right to modify any content that we feel is objectionable in representing the WriteMaps brand.


Service Modifications

WriteMaps reserves the right to modify our services and pricing at any time, with our without notice.

WriteMaps will not be held responsible to you for any modifications to our service offerings.
